Developed at the University of Strathclyde, this project proposes a Factory Hub in Govan - a public building designed to foster innovation, community enterprise, and social impact. The hub includes co-working spaces, workshops, incubators, and event areas, supporting local business and technology development with a focus on social betterment over profit. It offers flexible spaces for collaboration and aims to empower the unemployed and those recovering from hardship by providing a supportive environment to reconnect with their passions and contribute meaningfully to the community.
A new community centre and early years facility was built in Auchinairn in East Dunbartonshire in 2018 where it has replaced an existing Nursery.
Nursery and Primary 1 facilities for Kirkliston Primary School, dedicated to early years learning with a focus on play and outdoor education.
